Oh, how I loved my wedding dress! I didn't even want to try it on, but I did and I knew it was just right for me! I loved the details and the little bow across the middle. I bought it right off the rack and never looked back.
I used my mother's veil in conjunction with another veil for the ceremony and the veil matched the dress perfectly! We took bridal portraits in Tuscaloosa at the University Club. It's an old antebellum house and it was perfect for portraits! It was also July and HOT!
I would pick my dress again and again! I loved the way I felt in it and Jordan loved it as well! If I do say so myself, it is beautiful!
And here we are on our wedding day. I wish I could post all the pictures, but I'll just post a few!

I secretly wanted you to use my veil someway, but never said much for fear it would jinx it and you would not use it. I was so proud and honored that you chose to use it, and couldn't believe the dress you settled on had the exact type of lace and matched so well! Thank you for honoring me this way.
I am glad you did Kelly's "Show Us Your Wedding Dress", as I had already looked for your name on her blog down that huge list of women and did not see you. I cannot wait to see other people's wedding dresses, as I find the time to go through them!

You looked so radiant on your wedding day. The dress was really beautiful and one of my favorite pictures was the look on Jordan's face when he first saw you in it. All of the pictures were great though and it was a perfect wedding! Thanks for letting me relive it.
Gorgeous, the bride and the dress!! And how sweet to use your mom's veil....aw...precious. And maybe, just maybe, the chinese calendars are wrong, and if that sweet little peanut you're growing is a girl, she can incorporate both of y'alls veils when her big day comes too!! :)
