Our blizzard that was supposed to be coming was a no-show, but we're still snowed in because of our crazy steep driveway. So, I embark on yet another day of being home bound. It's not so bad...as long as I have the promise of being able to get out and about in the next day or so I'll be good! At least I'm getting a ton of laundry done. Although it is sitting in piles on my bed to be folded. I should be folding laundry...
Jordan went in to work super late because of his crazy work schedule the last two days, so we were happy to have him with us this morning!
Matthew is all ready in his Alabama shirt and burp cloth!
Here's the two boys this morning watching Finding Nemo while I got breakfast ready, loaded the dishwasher, and started some laundry. JM is wearing his Mickey Mouse Alabama PJs. So cute! Jordan played in there with them while I got ready!
Jackson and John Michael watched Jordan leave for work out our front window. JM yelled "Bye, Dadin" over and over! In case you didn't know, JM calls Jordan Dadin and me Dada...that's a whole other issue in itself!

Don't tell me he yelled that over and over! It's hard enough leaving you guys at home as it is. :-)
Our street was still pretty slick... so I know you wouldn't have wanted to drive on it anyhow, regardless of the driveway. Hopefully it will all wear down soon, and we can get you out of the house finally!

Jane and Nat have just left our house, with some of their delicious food that we were all too full to finish consuming! We had a great time watching the game with them. Some of us were biting our nails, some were pacing, others kept getting up and nibbling on all of our game day food, while others shook shakers and one person got kind of mad. So there was a variety of emotions, holding our breaths, cheering and laughing. We did have a great time, especially after we saw we were going to win. We all took a collective inhale then exhale - whew! Then we could start relaxing a little and unwinding.
What a wonderful season and it is great to have another National Championship!!! ROLL TIDE!
We just missed y'all and would have loved to see the boys dressed up in their crimson and white, like we all were. Can't wait to see you all in Feb. We are going to have a great time then, too!

We DID have a great time last night! Your mom's food was yummy too! There is one thing that is consistent...when our two families get together, there is never a concern of not having enough to eat...HA! The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have all of y'all here too! I want to see that crystal football when we go to Tuscaloosa in Feb!
